Bill Cosby Blunders

For those not ‘in the know’, Bill Cosby, America’s favourite television father, has long been faced with accusations of sexual assault. He has managed to discredit or ignore most of the accusations, which range from acting lessons that crossed the line, to outright drugging his victims.

Renewed interest in his alleged bad behaviour spiked early this month, following the outcry over accused Canadian radio star Jian Ghomeshi’s exploits, which he attempted to dismiss by claiming it was consensual BDSM.

Well, it looks like Bill Cosby may actually get his ‘just desserts’ (Jello I presume?), at least in the public eye.

Yesterday Cosby attempted to promote his website by Tweeting an encouragement to use a Cosby Meme generator located on the site.

The Twittersphere responded quickly. While Cosby’s PR team had expected positive memes to be generated, the hashtag they used for the promotion (#CosbyMeme) was quickly inundated with references to consent violations and his reportedly ‘sketchy’ behaviour aka criminal acts that he’s alleged to have committed against women.

The Meme Generator was eventually taken off his site, presumably right after he fired his social media manager, but we’ve collected a few examples for you to enjoy here!
